Pay was decent, average earnings
Management was okay aswell, not many issues
Commission was extremely low, meaning that you would have to do alot to earn a good extra income

This company isn't a good place if you need vacation time, sick time, holiday pay, someone to have your back or overtime pay. As long as you don't need anything your good
Working at IBA was very laid back, unchallenging, and slow paced. There was no room for advancement, or raises. Along with yearly increased health insurance payments.
The company is fine to start your job career, But It has no processes inside. Everything is works slowly. Only few people are interested in results. The rest are working because you can do nothing and get money for this. And salary for all of the, who works and who not, is the same. I sow it a little bit late, but I am very glad, that I leave this company.

I'm not sure why they want to hire engineers, the roles are technician level and require bodies and hand above knowledge and education. Having great knowledge of the system and company yields little rewards.

I enjoy working with everyone and we are all like family. In my job there is no hard part and everyone works together. The management team are great and really work with us.
