Bel esprit de groupe du moins du côté de la Texaco Sud, bien plus organisée que la Nord où l’esprit d’équipe et la solidarité y est moindre.

I havent worked at Texaco in over 20 years. But while I worked there my Supervisor's where really encouraging and really easy to work with. I was a manager of a convience store. Enjoyed my work

Overall, very good company to work for with intermittent busy and slow times. Also, excellent opportunity to interact with customers, which was a plus in this system.

Sometimes, needed to work in inclement weather conditions outdoors.
The back looked horable unlsess i organized it nothing ever really had a spacific spot it was just messy...i trully felt like the only one who kept things clean because if i didnt it didnt happen

Fun workplace and good to meet new people and share experiences specially for people who wants to engage with other people ...if you are polite enough to deal with any kind of customer
too many chiefs justifying their positions, only ever the drivers fault when things go wrong. very disorganised, relying on the drivers to continually put admin errors right, constantly carrying those who have no clue as their position within the business.
no organisation wait yrs for uniform issues, weak management team.
Overall it was very fun, lots of diversity. Flexible, understanding. Customers were regulars. Employees were very respectful. Customers could get a little disrespectful. The owners are amazing! Everyone was always willing to help always learning new stuff. The owner Would constantly help customers with a drink or even a snack if they truly didn’t have the money. Respected eachothers views, cultures, race and language.

Nothing bad that I can think of it was a good place and good people to be around I absolutely love working in customer service and I love to be social with people. The people whoI worked for cared about my well being and took good care of me.
