Zara is officially not a good entreprise for workers

I decide to apply for ZARA for the opportunities and de salary in the first time but of course for the team work but sadly the team work is a facade. It's all about not having a opinion, you have to follow the road. If you arrived in a team who work together for longtime, it's take time for make you place and if you don't quickly and not thinking or having same taste or LOVE gossip, you not making your place.
The worst part was i was motived for making my place when i was responsable produit and i ask for meeting and evaluation but after 4 months and a really bad managing i was fired and never ad evaluation and possibility to make my place. Maybe i had my responsibilities for not having the "zara mentality" but the employed me in full time without experience but didn't help me to understand the job but worst make me feel bad about myself.
The week it's happen they fired everyone in full time CDI, they employed in the last 6 months, probably for budget problems.
The employed of ZARA has a lot of stress but not fun. The shops was always dirty, the team was incomplete all the time. You can not ask people to work harder if you don't give them quality and fair conditions. And it's for every positions in the company.

Permet d'évoluer mais il n'y a pas un vrai accompagnement dans le management, on apprend tout par sois-même et ne reçoit le feedback qu'en fin de formation ..
Dommage que les chèques - repas soient proposé si tard ... en 12 ans, les premiers sont arrivés il y a 1 an...

Het was niet gezellig met stressbestendige team te werken

Ik heb daar bijna niets geleerd, het was altijd druk geweest en collega's waren altijd stressbestendig iedereen was bezig met zijn eigen werk je kan persoonlijk zelf niets vragen omdat ze allemaal zodanig bezig zijn en een klein fout maken was niet mogelijk.

j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir travailler plusieurs fois avec les managers qui m'ont beaucoup apprécier suite à mon travail, ma rapidité. l'équipe est juste formidable on apprend beaucoup avec eux.

L'équipe avec laquelle j'ai travaillé a été dans l'ensemble très positive. Les cadences de travail sont en revanche assez importantes et physiquement pour le moins fatigantes.
J'ai appris beaucoup dans tous les domaines du management et l'on m'a permis d'évoluer plutôt rapidement.
Je reproche cependant à la direction, sachant que je me suis investi totalement dans mes diverses taches, d'avoir tardé à faire évoluer mon contrat et de ne pas avoir récompensé à juste titre mon travail. L'évolution du salaire n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes espérances en regard du travail accompli.

Ik vind het leuk om in Zara te werken om dat het een van mijn favoriet winkel is . En er zijn vriendelijk werkenemers en ook vriendelijke klanten . Ik vind Zara echt een leuke winkel. En ik vind het leuk om klanten te helpen .
