Your Role, what you"ll be doing:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the operational heartbeat of our marketing team. Your mission? Optimize processes, leverage data, and implement new technologies to enhance customer journeys and empower our marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize Customer Journeys – Identify key insights and refine touchpoints to improve key moments of truth.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing – Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Marketing Funnel Optimization – Implement lead scoring frameworks to ensure seamless handovers to sales.
- Process & Strategy Development – Create high-standard marketing processes to support lead generation, content distribution, product launches, and market expansion.
- Team Leadership & Coaching – Act as a mentor and leader within the marketing team, fostering collaboration across regions.
- Marketing Tech & Analytics – Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve marketing performance and decision-making.
Who are you?
- Experienced Marketer – 5+ years in digital marketing, including campaign management, workflows, and reporting.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficient with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.
- Data-Driven & Strategic – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Proven Leader & Team Player – Skilled in coaching teams and collaborating across departments.
- Passionate About e-commerce – A genuine interest in e-commerce and premium markets (B2B experience is a plus).
- Creative & Fun – You bring a great sense of humor and positive energy to the team!

What Success Looks Like
Within 60 days,
- Establish efficient marketing workflows and team structures
- Roll out key process improvements while leading impactful projects
- Deliver a KPI driven impact review to management, showcasing progress in customer acquisition
