What will your job look like?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the key link between customers, sales, and operations. You ensure seamless communication and top-notch service, helping our customers succeed.


Your role and impact:

Be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships via calls and visits.
Manage the entire order process, from order entry to delivery tracking.
Solve challenges before they become problems – from handling complaints to processing returns and credit notes.
Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring customer information and quotes are always up-to-date.
Work closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Become a product expert, ensuring that customer inquiries and quotes are handled quickly and accurately.

Are you the right person?

  • You have a strong talent for building successful relations and finding creative solutions. You are fluent in English and Dutch, any other language is a plus. You preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Management, or Organizational Management required; little to no prior experience needed.
  • You can be calm in stressful situations and have excellent negotiation skills. As an Internal Sales Coordinator you are accurate, precise and have outstanding communication skills. Like being a busy bee? Great, because you are a real multitasker.
  • You will build a close working relationship with all involved team members in all the different departments (in Belgium and worldwide). You have a high level of professionalism and flawless integrity.
