We're currently supporting a market leader in their search for a Business Controller to join their high-performing finance team. The role has opened due to an internal promotion — a strong sign of the company’s commitment to growing talent from within.

Your Role: Business Controller

In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers — you will be a trusted partner to operational teams, helping drive decision-making and long-term growth.

Your key responsibilities in Finance will include:

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitoring revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs
• Leading and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Conducting financial feasibility analyses for new projects and tracking results
• Collaborating with management to influence business strategy

Your Profile:

You’re analytical, proactive, and love connecting the dots between finance and strategy. You bring:

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in controlling, finance, or audit
• Fluency in Dutch and French — English is a strong asset
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A genuine interest in business partnering and continuous improvement

Pay: €55.000,00 - €65.000,00 per year
