Missions and responsibilities

• You ensure that information relating to Corporate Action announcement is captured accurately and timely
• You ensure that all corporate actions event notifications (mandatory and voluntary) are processed in a timely, complete and accurately manner and released to clients within agreed procedures
• You collect and reconcile client instructions in a timely and accurately manner and released to depository before deadlines
• You operate a daily monitoring for receipt of Corporate Action entitlements and follow-up with sub-custodians to ensure receipt of client entitlements on due date
• You ensure that client queries are responded timely; and identify new mechanisms in order to achieve increasing client satisfaction
• You contribute to processes continuous improvement and act as Key User of projects in the scope of Corporate Actions department
• You provide Corporate Actions manager with regular feedback; escalate issues and ensure real-time escalation of any possible operational incidents
• You ensure daily reconciliation/resolution of cash and stock suspense items

Profile

• You have a Bachelor degree in relevant field (finance, legal…)
• You have at least 1 year of experience in Custody operation
• You have an in-depth knowledge of Corporate Actions events (including Incomes, General Meetings)
• You are known for your strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
• You demonstrate your ability to take initiatives while showing good organizational skills
• You have a good command of Excel (Telekurs and Bloomberg is a plus)
• You are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
