Overview:
Prepare to explore the intricate mechanisms driving efficient logistical operations, refining your understanding of supply chain dynamics and customer-centric strategies. With several rotations at our Headquarters in Zaventem, you'll gain insights into diverse aspects. Immerse yourself in the world of Manufacturing during a 12-month rotation at one of our plants, where you'll lead towards operational excellence, mastering the alignment of people management with business objectives.
Throughout your journey, anticipate a multifaceted curriculum that encompasses project leadership, process optimization, sustainability initiatives, lean management, personnal development, productivity enhancements, and strategic planning efficiency. Benefit from a structured onboarding process, an intensive training package tailored to each rotation, access to learning networks, and dedicated coaching throughout the duration of the program. In addition to the Supply Chain Graduate Program, you'll be an integral part of our Graduate Development Program—a year-long initiative gathering ambitious talents across PepsiCo NE to collaborate on a project sponsored by our Leadership Team. We ensure you're equipped with the necessary skills and support to take on pivotal roles post-program completion.

Throughout this program, you'll experience four strategic rotations, each providing a unique perspective on our operational landscape, including Customer Service, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing departments.

What will you need to succeed?
- You are a master’s degree student graduating in 2025 or have a maximum of 3 years of work experience.
- An appreciation for Supply Chain processes, including planning, operation, order capture, and manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse audience.
- Described as a quick learner who builds relationships, thrives on challenges, and possesses good organizational skills.
- Passion and drive to achieve results with an abundance of energy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is key.
- Flexibility in location. You will rotate yearly from Headquarters to one of our strategic plants, and you are willing to work in a shift regime at the plant level.
