The position is based full-time in Olen, Belgium.

You will be reporting to the Plant Manager working in a small and diverse team. You will be working closely with the quality manager and product manager.

Your main responsibilities:

Registration Coordinator :

• Preparation and submission of registration applications, ensuring that all required documents are provided.

o Check and verify all submitted documents for accuracy considering regulatory compliance including product labels, ingredient lists, safety data sheets, …

• Follow up on registration applications.

o Contact different parties to ensure that the registration process is moving forward.

• Data Entry and accurate record keeping:

o Enter and update product information into the registration database.

Product Quality Control support:
o Quality control of products
o Weekly walkthrough
o Requesting analysis according to the analysis plan and follow-up on the results
o Quality control of documents for customers
o Control and follow-up on certificates from suppliers and technical documents of raw materials

Legislation follow-up
o Follow-up on changes in regulations
o Keep labels up-to-date with regulation
o Coordinate changes with different departments

Your profile :

Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in registration or quality
Fluent in English and Dutch with good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Proactive and flexible mindset to handle unexpected changes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
