Customer Service Advisor - German

Brussels, Belgium

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor on our Team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our company and our German-speaking customers. Your fluency in German, along with proficiency in French, Dutch, or English, will enable you to provide top-tier support, resolve inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
  • Utilize your language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluency in German
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, or English to engage effectively with our diverse customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory - a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.

What We Offer:

Salary between €2,300 and € 2,400 gross per month, inclusive of a 13th-month bonus, eco-cheques, and public transport participation.
