We are the People Transformation team, part of the People business unit within delaware. We guide organizations throughout their future of work journey, focusing on three key areas: Talent, HR Excellence and Digital Workplace. We develop end-to-end transformation journeys and in close collaboration with our technology teams, we boost the value for our customers and deliver tangible results. You’ll join a small but growing practice with lots of opportunities for you to shape the way forward.

By the way: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time with our customers on-site.

• As a copilot consultant, you will work on projects that leverage the power of AI and natural language processing to automate and enhance various aspects of business processes and workflows.
• You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and design solutions that use copilot to address them.
• You will create and deliver engaging webinars or demos to showcase the latest advancements of copilot and train end-users.
• You will stay up-to-date on the latest trends and functionalities of MS Copilot.
• You will conduct functional workshops to gather requirements regarding specific use cases and needs of a persona, to help identify the best technical solution to propose to a customer.
• You will conduct functional workshops using design thinking techniques such as Persona, Journeys, ‘Day in the life of’, to help identify employees pain points and needs.
• You will actively participate in presales presentation and proposals.
• You will create project deliverables such as training documentation, presentations, communications content, etc.

• You have solid understanding of MS365 and its applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, and you can integrate copilot with them.
• You have some knowledge of MS365 Copilot and its features, capabilities, and limitations, and you can demonstrate how to use it for various use cases and scenarios.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and willing to explore new technologies and approaches.
• You have an interest in employee experience and how to improve it through digital transformation and innovation.
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and you can work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• You are flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• You have a good deal of business savviness and a broad interest in how employees get their job done.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and design thinking are a definite plus.
• You have consultancy skills, are analytical as well as entrepreneurial.
• You’re an overall strong communicator who speaks fluent English and Dutch or French.
