Day to Day

We seek an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our division, which is dedicated to the public sector. The role involves managing and developing Indeed’s services, focusing on strategic public sector clients at the national level, including healthcare, education, government and state-owned companies.

You will be responsible for creating strategic relationships, maximising revenue growth opportunities, and becoming the point of reference for the public sector. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in managing complex accounts and a desire to link public organisations with the best talents and tools available in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Public Sector clients, deepening relationships and maximizing potential for the public sector.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, promoting revenue growth and achieving (or exceeding) sales targets.
  • Customer Consulting: Act as a key advisor for public sector clients, offering strategic insights on market trends and customising Indeed solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to position Indeed’s value proposition strategically.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure an optimal customer experience and promote a collaborative environment.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Keep account data, sales forecasts, and pipelines updated accurately and promptly.
  • Negotiations: Manage negotiations with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

Skills/Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales environment
  • Fluency in Dutch + good level of English and French
  • You have a drive to growth and educate - you're not easily intimidated by new relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and delivering engaging presentations.
  • You have a data-focused and self-driven
  • The aptitude to learn and apply new concepts

Salary Range Transparency

Brussels 40,000 - 50,000 EUR per year + Quaterly Bonus and Commission

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
