Job description

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Expert with deep Qlik Sense expertise to support impactful data-driven projects for a key European diplomatic institution. You’ll help design, build, and maintain analytics solutions that support international decision-making and collaboration.

If you’re a BI consultant with strong Qlik Sense skills and a sharp understanding of data architecture — this is your mission!

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Expert who will be able to:

• Design and develop Qlik Sense dashboards and reporting applications tailored to business needs
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable BI solutions
• Model, manage, and optimize data warehouses and ETL processes
• Ensure data quality, system performance, and efficient data visualization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and analysts in a multilingual environment
• Document technical solutions and provide support for deployment and configuration
• Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and monitoring through thoughtful DB design, testing, and health checks
• Contribute to physical data warehouse design and implement rigorous documentation and coding standards

Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse design, ETL processes, and relational databases
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., BusinessObjects), OLAP, and data modeling concepts
• Experience working in multicultural, multilingual teams (English required, French optional)
• Ability to produce clean, well-documented solutions with attention to naming conventions and coding standards

Bonus — Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools, GitHub, and ServiceNow
• Knowledge of PM² or PM² Agile project management methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban & Scrum)
• Experience working in or with EU institutions or diplomatic environments
