Staff work a hybrid schedule with 2 days/week in the office

The Program Manager will lead IFAW’s Wildlife Cybercrime sub-program under the Wildlife Crime strategy, driving efforts to combat illegal wildlife trafficking online. This role involves strategy development, project management, collaboration with key stakeholders, and securing funding to support innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to tackle wildlife cybercrime, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Maintain IFAW’s leadership in this field by fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Act as a thought leader, contributing to international best practices.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with NGOs, governments, law enforcement, and private sector stakeholders.
• Oversee program monitoring, evaluation, and communications.
• Manage budgets and support funding proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s ideal in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of project management experience; 2+ years in wildlife crime or cybercrime preferred.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and multi-project management skills.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
