Als deeltijds Receptionist(e) bij onze klant ben jij de eerste persoon die klanten en bezoekers begroet.
Tot je takenpakket behoort onder meer:
Ontvangst van bezoekers, drankje aanbieden
Badges aanmaken
Beantwoorden van de telefooncentrale
Beheren van verschillende mailboxen
Postbehandeling: inkomende- en uitgaande post
Training geven aan de back-up ploeg van de receptie
Beheer meeting rooms
Handhaven van orde en netheid aan de receptie
Wisselend uurrooster
week 1: 08:15 - 13:15 / week 2: 13:15 - 18:15
