Description

• As an Account Manager, your main objective is prospecting: you identify new customers and schedule appointments to present Axis Group's various services to them;
• In addition to acquiring new customers, you also ensure that inactive customers are recontacted;
• You manage your customer portfolio from A to Z: initial telephone contact, introductory meeting, drawing up and signing commercial conditions, job intake, etc;
• You support Career Advisors in the recruitment sales process;
• You actively participate in networking events, job fairs and sponsored events;
• You will work for a specific business unit within Axis Group, while being part of the cross-functional sales team;
• Your customer portfolio is mainly made up of companies in the banking sector, and your contacts are human resources professionals.

Profile

• You are an expert in cold sales and prospecting, preferably in a B2B environment;
• Results-oriented: a strong motivation to meet and exceed your objectives, with a positive and persevering attitude;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your tasks, an excellent command of Dutch and French and/or English is required;
• Proactivity and innovation: initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to the challenges of the job market;
• Team spirit: willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
