Description du poste

Are you a customer service professional who excels in fast-paced, high-pressure situations? As a Judicial Coordinator in the Customer Service department, you will be the primary point of contact for law enforcement and emergency services within your team, ensuring they receive the critical information they need quickly and efficiently. You will manage sensitive requests, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to public safety, all while working in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Legal Authorities: Manage requests from law enforcement, courts, and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain legal compliance and address urgent matters.
  • Emergency Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for emergency services (100, 101, 112), providing immediate support during critical situations, including after hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Protect sensitive information, sharing it only as required by law, while ensuring all actions are in strict adherence to legal requirements.
  • Phone Tap Management: Oversee the process of activating and deactivating phone taps, ensuring all requests are handled in accordance with legal standards.
  • Track Issues & Report: Monitor and document incidents affecting Orange’s services, such as IT or network issues, and ensure prompt follow-up for quick resolution.
  • Crisis Response: Be prepared to act during national emergencies (e.g., terrorist threats, natural disasters), coordinating communication and sending public alerts as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports to relevant authorities, keeping them informed on ongoing legal matters.

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English: You can confidently communicate in all three languages, enabling you to engage with a diverse range of authorities and stakeholders.

Specific Requirement:
A positive security clearance from the National Security Authority is required for this role. Our HR team will guide you through the process once your contract is signed.
