As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for structuring and managing end-to-end (E2E) projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring quality, budget control, and stakeholder communication.

Being a Project Manager your main tasks will be:

• Project Planning & Governance:

Structure a global E2E project plan aligned with specific project goals or within a predefined program. Define project governance and predefined conditions for execution.

• Project Execution & Delivery:

Oversee the project lifecycle from ideation to closure. Define scope, phases, high-level planning, milestones, deliverables, and risk plans. Implement a work breakdown structure (WBS) based on the standard methodology, covering the project phases. Ensure the proper definition of a Project Initiation Document (PID). If relevant inputs are missing, lead an INITIATIVE phase to gather necessary information.

• Monitoring & Control:

Follow up, report, and escalate issues as needed, ensuring project adherence to the approved plan (PID or initiation phase sample). Control project outcomes, ensuring that budgets and E2E activities remain within the approved baseline. Validate and approve any change requests that impact the baseline.

• Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with business and the department manager, PMOs, and Heads of Business Support to enhance project methodologies and management tools. Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Quality & Performance:

Deliver projects that exceed customer expectations by ensuring high-quality deliverables, avoiding overruns, and optimizing resource management.

What are we looking for?

• You hold a Master's degree.

• Proven experience in project management with E2E responsibility.

• Strong knowledge of project methodologies

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, risks, and change requests efficiently.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information concisely and efficiently.

• Ability to produce clear reporting at various levels within the organization.

• Capacity to manage and tackle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Proficiency in English
