Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record dishwasher temperatures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment in the canteen.
• Clean and maintain bin rooms, including sweeping and mopping the floors.
• Set and adjust dishwasher temperatures as needed for optimal performance.
• Refill dispensers with hand soap and paper towels in work areas.
• Keep the chemicals room tidy, organized, and hygienic.
• Clean floors using water, disinfectant soap, brushes, and squeegees, ensuring drains, table legs, and other surfaces are spotless.
