Description du poste

A leading organization committed to sustainable transport in Europe is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to strengthen its Human Resources team. This strategic role combines operational excellence with a strong focus on people development and talent management within an international context.

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and facilitator, actively contributing to shaping and implementing the organization's HR strategy. Your key responsibilities include

  • Talent Acquistion:

o Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies

o Drafting new recruitment guidelines and processes

o Providing training to hiring managers

o Supporting the logistics of ongoing recruitment processes

  • Talent Development:

o Developing training plans

o Supporting the logistics of organizing training programs

o Following up to ensure training objectives are met

  • Talent Management:

o Designing and implementing a performance management process

o Providing day-to-day guidance to management and employees

o Collecting performance metrics to support decision-making across business areas

  • Employee Engagement:

o Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure an excellent employee experience

o Leading and contributing to various HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs

  • Providing support in other HR-related areas in collaboration with the HR Director and Payroll Officer.

Your profile:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within an international context.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment strategy, talent management, employee relations, and training.
  • Excellent understanding of HR best practices, soft HR approaches, and employment legislation.
  • Fluency in both English, and French or Dutch (spoken and written).
