Are you an HR Manager (Generalist) with a passion for both strategic and operational HR tasks? Then we have the perfect challenge for you!
As an HR Manager at Nu Skin, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing the HR policies and practices within our organization. In this role, you will be a sounding board for both management and employees, ensuring the perfect balance between the people-focused and administrative aspects of HR. You will be involved in soft and hard HR, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, communications, training and development, etc.
What will you do?
  • You will support managers with talent management, performance reviews, and development programs in several countries (BE – DK – GER – SA).
  • Build a strong relationship with employees and managers to help create a strong, positive organizational culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
  • You will be responsible for compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring efficient personnel administration.
  • You manage the payroll process from input to the final payout in collaboration with local payroll providers.
  • You will play an active role in attracting talent by designing and executing recruitment processes that strengthen the organization.
  • You will participate in a wide variety of HR projects
Who are you?
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • You have a strong knowledge of social legislation and stay up to date on the latest developments in this area.
  • You possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to translate strategic issues into practical and achievable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch (nearly native) and English.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues but can also take independent initiatives.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally to our Copenhagen office.
