Proximus Group consists of mother company Proximus SA and a growing network of affiliate companies in the telecom and IT sectors, active in Benelux and beyond.

For this ecosystem of affiliates , we are looking for an HR Business Partner with a special focus on Talent Development.

Purpose and responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner for one of our affiliates, ClearMedia, you will impact the business through delivering excellent employee and leader experience. You will partner with the business and HR teams and guide the overall talent lifecycle of the employee. You will join a team of enthusiastic People Partners and will have the opportunity to create impactful HR tracks from scratch in a highly dynamic environment.

Furthermore, you will take on a transversal role focussing on HR Talent projects across BeNeLux IT affiliates with a close bridge to the Proximus Group. In this role you will:

  • Investigate transversal talent & learning needs across the ecosystem of affiliated companies and come up with proposals to create synergy and scale best practices. You act as the reference point for Talent in our Talent Community across affiliates.
  • Build close bridges with the Talent & Learning experts at Proximus NV to collaborate on programs, concepts, processes and tooling to be able to communicate and translate what’s relevant to the affiliated companies.
  • Develop joint initiatives, possibly with external partners, and are responsible for the implementation of the concepts that are developed. If necessary, you undertake actions to adjust or improve.


To achieve all this, we are looking to strengthen the team with a HR Business Partner focused on Talent.

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in HR and a passion for Talent Development.
  • This role is also open on freelance basis
  • You love green field environments with a lot of room to build new activities and bring a complex stakeholder system together on this.
  • You are a good project manager with a hands on mindset, having experienced the coordination of large scale programs as well as pragmatic smaller projects.
  • You are communicative and contact-friendly, ready to collaborate on transversal projects and to build strong connections with your colleagues.
  • You love to investigate, make analyses and work structured.
  • You can express yourself fluently in English, Dutch & French.
