What will your working day look like?

As a Business Analyst SAP Authorization working at Indaver, no two days will be the same for you. You will translate business processes into IT solutions based on the demands of the business. You will follow projects through from end to end, from analysing the processes with the business and giving advice, including on potential problems, to providing solutions, implementation and documentation. You will use state-of-the-art systems, including SAP S4, a new identity management and provisioning platform,... .You will have every opportunity to develop your knowledge and soft skills further.
You will work closely together with colleagues in other domains (Azure Entra/AD, HR,...)

What will be your biggest challenge?

As an SAP authorization specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, creating and maintaining the SAP roles and profiles in accordance with the business needs and security policies.
• Performing regular audits and reviews of the SAP authorizations to ensure compliance and alignment with the best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to SAP authorizations, access rights and user accounts.
• Providing support and guidance to the end users and the business process owners on SAP authorizations and security matters
• Collaborating with the SAP functional and technical teams to ensure the authorization requirements are met in the system configuration and development
• Participating in the SAP projects and initiatives as the authorization expert and ensuring the smooth transition of the authorization changes to the production environment.
• In addition, you will also be responsible for the identity provisioning solutions (that also provision users and roles in non-SAP systems). The different colleagues in the team support you in this.

How will you make a difference?

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in an IT field or relevant experience in SAP Authorization management or auditing.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• You speak and write English fluently, Dutch is a plus.
• You work independently, you are customer-focused, team-oriented and a very good communicator.

Where will you be working?

From home/ Indaver country, you will support all sites in Europe which use the central IT infrastructure. You will join a young, dynamic and international team of over 30 colleagues.

You can apply for this job in the following countries; Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Ireland. This function requires travelling to Belgium on a monthly basis.
