Your role

As our Pitch Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and fine-tuning our commercial proposals, making sure we deliver pitch-perfect concepts that wow our clients. Working closely with our project managers, you’ll be the bridge between bold ideas and business wins.

• Analyze client briefs and pinpoint key expectations
• Craft and structure commercial proposals (storytelling, positioning, and differentiation)
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure a seamless response
• Write and design pitch presentations with clarity and impact
• Develop innovative, stand-out concepts that set us apart
• Ensure proposals are aligned with deadlines and budget constraints
• Prepare and coach teams for pitch presentations (delivery, storytelling, rehearsals)
• Track pitch performance and optimize for future wins
• Stay ahead of industry trends and fresh pitch approaches

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in pitch management, business development, strategic marketing, or a similar role
• A natural storyteller with outstanding writing skills Strong design and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, or similar tools)
• Ability to structure, synthesize, and argue a case convincingly
• Background in events, marketing, or communication
• Confident speaker who can coach teams in delivering presentations
• Creative, strategic, and results-driven
• Able to juggle multiple proposals under pressure
