Forvis Mazars Group SC is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network.

Operating as an internationally integrated partnership in over 100 countries and territories, Forvis Mazars Group specialises in audit, tax and advisory services.

We are seeking a proactive and motivated student to join our HC team for a part-time role, working 3 days a week. This role focuses primarily on recruitment support, with additional involvement in administrative and Learning & Development tasks. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for interns, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and organizing interviews, while also contributing to various HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Manage the full recruitment process for interns across multiple service lines.
  • Source candidates via various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Screen CVs from direct applications and candidates sourced through campus activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide regular follow-up with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support in organizing and promoting campus recruitment activities.

Administrative & L&D Support:

  • Update and maintain HR documents (e.g., process guides, one-pagers, FAQ lists) ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Regularly update the Human Capital database.
  • Encode sickness and absence data in the SD Worx system on a weekly basis.
  • Check employee holidays and sickness data in timesheets prior to payroll closure (monthly task).
  • Assist in organizing internal L&D training sessions and support with any outstanding tasks.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Previous experience as an intern or student job is preferred.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and human resources management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SD Worx) is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
