Emplois mechanical engineer (Herstal)

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, industrialization and documentation of automated electromechanical systems.
• Define and justify the functional specifications of the products and methods developed.
• Actively participate in the writing of specifications.
• Develop quality control protocols for production and post-production.
• Develop qualification protocols (IQ-OQ-PQ).
• Carry out technical support and diagnosis.
• Write technical files (CE, DMF).
• Maintain the articles and bills of material in the ERP.
• Ensure the transfer to production (Writing of procedures, QC, training…).
• Participate in risk analysis.
• Research and participate in the continuous improvement of products, methods and design tools.
• Provide support to other departments during initial production, QC, installations, maintenance.

Your profile:

• You are a civil electromechanical engineer with a mechanical/mechatronic/automation orientation or you have a master’s degree in physics with a developed practical sense.
• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have a good level of English (min. B2).
• You have a feeling for electronics.
• You are a fan of automated electromechanical systems.
• You are multitasking, autonomous and self-taught.
• You are familiar with 3D CAD tools. (Mastery of Solid Works is an asset).
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and place great importance on the quality of your work.

The following knowledge is a real asset

• Machine regulations.
