The candidate should have experience in the elevator industry, specifically in the installation of elevators.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Prepare business plans for projects and plan & schedule jobs in consultation with the team.
  • Monthly planning of project completion and site visits to monitor progress.
  • Handle construction completions, monitor construction jobs, interact with clients, follow up on AMT, submit BPR, and collect fixed payments from clients.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct review meetings to monitor project progress.
  • Perform field safety audits, site inspections, and develop safety/logistics plans.
  • Coordinate material deliveries from the factory.
  • Forecast and schedule labor resources for successful project completion, maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze situations and assist in developing contingencies for estimates.

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, goal orientation, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry preferred.
