About the mission:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our business development plan and budget, aligning commercial activities with our strategic goals across B2B, B2C, B2G, and B2B2C segments. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our annual targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Contribution: Play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy and act as a primary driver for its successful implementation.
- Business Innovation: Develop and refine business models, products, and services to create new revenue streams and maintain a competitive edge.
- Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive segment growth and achieve business objectives.
- Client & Partner Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, key players, and best practices to proactively address opportunities and challenges.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure that all activities adhere to the organization’s norms, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead by example, inspire, coach, and motivate your team to excel. Set clear performance objectives, hold team members accountable, and support their professional growth.
Your Profile:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a relevant management role with a strong focus on business development.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Dutch and French, with a strong command of English.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive Attitude: Highly motivated and passionate about tackling new challenges and driving results.
- Problem-Solving: A natural problem solver who remains composed under pressure and is relentless in pursuing solutions.
- Team Orientation: A supportive leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Ambition: A desire to grow and evolve into a higher leadership role within the organization.
