As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3 people and ensuring smooth coordination with the Global Shared Services team. This team handles key finance operations for the office.

You will regularly present reports to the local Managing Partner and other senior stakeholders, including the Chief Operating Officer, and maintain strong working relationships with finance teams across all regions. The role also involves liaising with the heads of other business services functions, such as HR, IT, and Business Development, while managing relationships with local banks, tax authorities, and advisors.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Month-end Close and Reporting and financial reports for the Senior stakeholders
• Coordinate with external advisors regarding corporate tax matters
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash, Banking, and Bank Relationships
• Support partners with any tax audit-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with global financial policies and local statutory requirements
• Work with Commercial Finance teams to optimize cash flow and working capital
• Drive automation initiatives and enhance efficiency and control across finance operations

Profiles

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• English with Dutch and/or French
• Strong experience in finance : preferably similar role or Big4 experience
