Who are we?

Customer care is our culture! B-Connected is a Belgian contact center, growing and growing with clients in sectors like energy, telecom and banks, but we still operate like one big family. Everyone is welcome here, as long as you’re willing to develop and take your responsibility.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for Call Agents. You basically are the heroes of the family. Voice, written, inbound calls, outbound calls, sales. You do it all. It would be great if you have experience, but you’re also welcome if you don’t. As long as you’re willing to learn. We are looking for people in Brussels and Aalst. If you are interested in this position, we would appreciate it if you:

  • Are fluent in Dutch and/or French
  • Have great commercial skills
  • Can communicate really well
  • Have a hands-on-mentality
  • Don’t mind working flexible shifts
  • Are a social colleague as we highly value our family-feels
