Description du poste

Description

Artist Hospitality & Administration within Tomorrowland is all about welcoming artists, their teams, and special guests in a warm, professional, and attentive way. We make sure every detail is in place, from preparation and planning to backstage flow, dressing rooms, routing, and ensuring the right details are handled at the right moment.

Our operation has grown significantly over the years. In addition to Tomorrowland Belgium, we are involved in projects such as Tomorrowland Winter, Tomorrowland Brasil, Tomorrowland Thailand, CORE, Magic of Tomorrowland, and other international initiatives. This growth has made our operation richer and more international, while also creating a greater need for structure, follow-up, and support.

Wherever we operate, we aim to deliver the same level of quality, humanity, and experience. This requires preparation, organization, discretion, and attention to detail.

Behind the scenes, we manage runbooks, manuals, budgets, quotations, orders, invoicing, purchase order requests, policy documents, and our artist database.

Outside of the festivals, we also maintain artist relationships and support projects involving artists, such as fashion, foundation initiatives, partnerships, and special activations.

  • You collect, organize, store, and share information in a clear and structured way, creating greater visibility, continuity, and efficiency within the department.

  • You communicate professionally, discreetly, and respectfully with artists, management, colleagues, and external partners.

  • During events, you provide operational support within the artist village, backstage operations, or hospitality flow, and quickly adapt wherever needed.

  • You take ownership, show initiative, and contribute to building a warm, structured, and high-quality operation.

Your Profile

  • You have 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  • You have a bachelor's degree.

  • You have strong administrative skills and work accurately.

  • You are organized and maintain an overview, even when multiple things are happening simultaneously.

  • You communicate in a friendly, professional, and discreet manner.

  • You understand how to interact appropriately with artists, management, colleagues, and external partners.

  • You are flexible and willing to provide operational support during events.

  • You take initiative and enjoy thinking about how processes can be improved, clarified, or made more efficient.

What Do We Offer?

  • You will join a remarkable team within a unique international environment.

  • You will contribute to a department that plays a unique role in the Tomorrowland experience.

  • You will have the opportunity to bring structure to an operation that has grown significantly.

  • You will be able to help shape the role, the structure, and the future of the department.

  • You will work in an environment where quality, humanity, trust, and experience are at the heart of everything we do.
