To strengthen our market presence in Belgium and Luxembourg, we are looking for motivated personalities — whether experienced medical sales professionals or ambitious career changers from healthcare environments.

Your tasks

· You take ownership of your sales territory and actively shape its success — from customer development and strategic planning to hands-on clinical support

· Building strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians and healthcare professionals

· Supporting users in anaesthesia, pain management, neurology and operating room environments

· Presenting innovative medical solutions and conducting product demonstrations

· Organising and supporting workshops, clinical trainings and congresses

· Identifying new business opportunities while maintaining long-term customer partnerships

· Acting as a trusted partner for both clinical and purchasing stakeholders

One day you may support an anaesthesia workshop in the OR, the next you are representing PAJUNK® at a medical congress or discussing new solutions with hospital decision-makers.

What you bring with you

We are looking for personalities with strong communication skills, curiosity and a hands-on mentality.

· Technical, commercial or healthcare-related background

· Proven experience in field sales (ideally within medical device sectors such as anaesthesia, critical care, or operating room environments - background in medical, clinical, or pain management is also very welcome)

· Career changers from healthcare backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply

· You enjoy working with people and building relationships

· Proactive, organised and self-driven working style

· Communication and negotiating skills in French or Dutch

· Good English skills

· Willingness to travel within Belgium and Luxembourg
